I started Akenyx because most small businesses don't need an IT company. They need one person they trust who understands technology, explains things without jargon, and doesn't try to sell them things they don't need.
I've spent 17 years in enterprise technology and cybersecurity. I've seen how vendors price, how contracts get structured, and where businesses get locked into things they shouldn't. Now I use that experience to help small businesses in Brisbane make better technology decisions.
I keep the client list small on purpose. A handful of businesses at any one time. That way everyone gets proper attention, not a ticket number.
